ABOUT 33 JIU JITSU
Founded in 2021, 33 Jiu Jitsu is built on a comprehensive approach to grappling. Training covers all key areas of the sport, including takedowns, pins, submissions, and escapes, ensuring students develop a complete and effective skill set.
Alongside technical development, there is a strong emphasis on the psychological, mental, and strategic aspects of Jiu Jitsu. This helps students improve performance while building resilience, discipline, and confidence.
33 Jiu Jitsu provides a structured and supportive environment for all levels—from beginners stepping onto the mats for the first time to experienced practitioners looking to compete and refine their skills.
The goal is simple: to help every student become stronger, fitter, and more capable both on and off the mats.
