TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions – 33 Jiu Jitsu

 

1. Membership & Fees

All members must pay fees in advance, either monthly or as agreed. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

 

2. Attendance & Punctuality

Members are expected to arrive on time and be ready to train. Late entry may be refused at the coach’s discretion.

 

3. Health & Safety

Members must inform the coach of any injuries or medical conditions before training. Training is undertaken at your own risk. 33 Jiu Jitsu is not liable for injuries sustained during training, except where required by law.

 

4. Conduct & Respect

All members must show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow students. Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership. No sideline coaching by parents.

 

5. Hygiene

Members must maintain a high level of personal hygiene. Clean training gear is required at all times. Nails must be kept short, and footwear must be worn off the mats, and no shoes allowed on the mat.

 

6. Children & Safeguarding

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected on time. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from class or a time-out.

 

7. Cancellations & Freezing Membership

Membership cancellations or freezes must be requested in advance and will take effect from the next upcoming billing month.If a member cancels their membership and later wishes to rejoin, a rejoining fee equivalent to half a month’s membership will be charged in addition to the first month’s payment upon return.

 

8. Photography & Media

The club may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. Members should inform staff if they do not wish to be included.

 

9. Personal Belongings

33 Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

 

10. Changes to Schedule

Class times and instructors may change when necessary. Notice will be given where possible.

 

11. Termination of Membership

The club reserves the right to terminate membership at any time for breach of these terms or inappropriate behaviour.

 

12. Agreement

By attending classes, members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
